On Our 20th Anniversary, we took the top accolade at the Sign Industry Awards 2005 for the reception signage at Radstone Technology.
We worked closely together with Triad Design of Northampton on this project. Triad were commissioned by Radstone to design and project manage the reception of their new head office at Towcester.
Triad asked Sign of the Times to work with them on the project and they were responsible for the manufacture and installation of the world map and a range of display cases and materials.
At the awards ceremony, the sign was recognised as being truly outstanding. It combined real craft skills with modern techniques and uses materials ranging from steel and glass to digitally printed vinyl and coloured acrylic. What really struck the panel was the range of skills and materials used to create a work that was extremely impressive.

One of the judges commented, "This sign and display is very obviously the result of a great deal of skill and commitment and the end result is visually spectacular and impressive. Radstone Technology must be delighted with the impression it creates on their visitors".
Darren Roughton, MD at Sign of the Times commented, "We were thrilled with the ‘Interior Sign of the Year’ award but completely surprised and over the moon at taking the overall award of 'Sign of the Year', considering we were up against some of the best sign companies in the country, we could have not wished for a more prestigious award."
